  In the beginning, the earth was void and without form and darkness fell upon the face of the earth and the Lord saw that it was good. On the first day, the Lord said: "Let there be Mike", and behold, there was Mike. And the Lord saw that it was good.

And Mike said "I am the GothFather, thou shalt have no other Goths before me".

 And the Lord said: "Watch the attitude, Kid" and proceeded to cast Mike into the Savage Gardens of Chicago where he was condemned to walk the streets and alleys of the windy city in search of big bills and cheap thrills for the remainder of his days.
